BOOKING POLICY
All bookings must be confirmed in written either by fax or e-mail.
In the confirmation you should state the apartment code and the area, your full details or the third party details for whom you are making the reservation for, (full name, phone number, address, number of people you wish to book and their status), specifying the number of adults and the number of children (0-11 years) attending.
The premises have to be occupied by the number of people stated at the time of booking. The occupation of the premises is strongly limited to the number of beds stated in the descriptions of the premises.
- The lodgings are delivered clean and in order, leaving the client is obliged to leave the apartment in a reasonable condition. Even though final cleaning is paid, this price does not include the cleaning of the cooking area, (the cooker, pans, dishes and fridge), and the client is therefore required to cater for this themselves.
- The premises are not equipped with bed linen and bathroom towels. The service could be required in advance at the time of booking at an additional charge.
- Check in and Check out: clients have to inform our office of their arrival time.
The premises will be delivered from 5pm onwards on the arrival day.
On the day of departure premises must be delivered by 10am. Other time upon request depending on the availability.
- Late arrivals: in the event of late arrivals, after 8pm, the client has to inform our office in time of his/her delays and the following supplement will be applied: after h:20:00 to h:22:30 Euros 50.00 - from h22:30 to h:24:00 Euros 75.00 - after h:24:00 Euros 150.00.
- Damages deposit
A security deposit is required for each lodgings against damages. If any damage is caused, by delivering of the apartment the client authorizes Sardinia Holiday Srl to debit from the deposit the amount regarding that damage not excluding the obligation of the client to repay any other amounts regarding damages.
- It is forbidden to subcontract.
However, whether the client is found in the impossibility of take advantage of the stay or service booked, he might give it to a third party for the same period and at the same booking conditions.
In this case, the client has to inform immediately our agency by fax or email within four (04) working days prior to the arrival day, stating full details of the third party, (name, surname, date of birth, nationality, address, contact telephone number), and the number of people including children.
The client and the third party are strongly responsible for the payment of the whole reservation and for any cost that we might incur for the documents.
PARTIAL DEPOSIT PAYMENT
In order to confirm your reservation, unless otherwise stated, a partial deposit payment of the total stay or service booked must be paid at the time of confirmation by wire transfer. All bookings will be considered confirmed after the reception of the deposit.
CANCELLATIONS
In the event of cancellation by the client the deposit is not refundable.
Should you need to cancel your stay or service once it has been confirmed, you must immediately notify us in writing. Your notice of cancellation will only be effective when we receive it in writing at our office.
